| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy, put them into the shopping cart and click on "confirm". After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We regret that the online store does not show 'real time' stock availability. After ordering, you will receive an automated email response acknowledging receipt of your order. No contract for the sale of any goods will subsist between you and Artbase (Hornchurch) Ltd until Artbase (Hornchurch) Ltd accepts your order by charging in either full or part, your credit or debit card, against payment for goods ordered - with payments made via PayPal, your order is confirmed only when your order is despatched, any out of stock items will be advised and a PayPal refund issued. | Delivery Schedule Orders are normally despatched within 2-4 working days (may vary in busy periods) and are sent Royal Mail First Class or Parcelforce 48 hour. Parcelforce is used when packages exceed appx 3kg in weight. You may request special shipping instructions, such as Special Delivery, but these options will incur additional charges. Orders outside of the mainland UK*** will be charged shipping at cost (if you would like to be advised of the estimated shipping costs before despatch, please indicate this in the special instructions section of your order). Please note that Parcelforce & Royal Mail do not accept requests to leave packages with neighbours etc. Royal Mail First Class does not offer a guaranteed delivery time, merely 'delivery aims' so please allow up to 28 days for delivery - we will always, on request, provide you with your Recorded Delivery tracking number and despatch date if you wish to find out the status of your package with your local delivery office. | Returns Policy In the rare event of faulty goods being received, these must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Any reasonable postage costs incurred in the return of faulty goods will be refunded (we regret we are unable to refund international postage costs - the equivalent UK postage rate will be refunded). We cannot be held liable for goods lost in transit whilst being returned to us, in this event you must obtain compensation from the postal service involved. We recommend goods are returned by a recorded delivery service to ensure signed receipt. This does not affect your statutory rights.
