The green stamps are part of our Loyalty Scheme. If you don't have a collecting card, please request one on your next order in the 'special instructions' area of check out. One stamp is received for every £5.00 spent on qualifying purchases (excluding P&P) - once you have saved 50 stamps, the card can be exchanged for £25.00 of goods with our compliments.

Place your order as normal and, in the special instructions area of checkout, say that you are mailing in a Loyalty Card/Gift Voucher. We hold your order until receipt of the card/voucher and deduct its value from your order. Postage remains payable on the total value of your order before deduction of your card/voucher. We recommend you mail back your card/voucher using a signed-for delivery service as we are not liable for items going astray whilst en route to us. Loyalty Cards are only redeemable at the 50 stamp point.

Unfortunately, we don't. This is simply because our stock is changing all the time and it would be out of date before it had even gone to the printers! Keeping our catalogue online allows us to keep you updated much more quickly and effectively.

No we don't, but if there is a specific item you need, we can take your details and contact you when the item comes back into stock. Unfortunately the online store does not show 'real time' stock availability so some items may be out of stock at the time of despatch. If you wish to be advised of out of stock items before despatch, then please mention this in the 'Special Instructions' area of checkout.

No we don't, although we do offer a Loyalty Card to earn free goods, so the more you spend, the more you benefit!

Yes, our mail order staff can be reached during the hours 9.00am-5.30pm Monday-Friday on 01708 457948. Whilst the store is open to shoppers on a Saturday, the mail order staff are not available on that day.

No, we wouldn't feel comfortable competing with our retailer customers if we were to offer wholesale.
